What is High flow filter element?
Today, I would like to introduce this filter cartridge, which is the only integrated outer skeleton filter cartridge available in the country. It does not have a central support skeleton, and the fluid flows through the filter cartridge from the inside out. The advantage of this design is that it ensures all impurities are intercepted and retained within the filter cartridge during use. Our filter cartridge is available in two main forms: melt-blown and folded. Additionally, its end caps and filter layers are joined using thermal welding, without the use of any adhesives, allowing our filter cartridge to meet most of your needs. Additionally, the polypropylene fiber deep filter material we use features a gradient pore size design, which decreases in size in the direction of fluid movement, effectively trapping particles of varying sizes. Therefore, our filter cartridge exhibits exceptional contaminant retention capability.
